Step 1:
Wash and gently dry your forehead. Do not apply any products on your face before applying the patch to avoid slipping.

Step 2:
Remove the patch from the sachet. Peel off the protective film layer. Hold the patch carefully in your hands. Make sure the pointed curved side is facing downward (the point should fit over the bridge of your nose). 

Step 3:
Apply the patch to your forehead. Press gently with both hands to attach it. Secure it firmly for the best results. Avoid moving your face too much (we recommend lying down) to let the patch work more effectively. 

Step 4:

If the patch is slipping, check that your forehead is clean and dry. Gently pat the skin with a tissue to remove all moisture and press the patch firmly to help it adhere. For extra comfort, lie down or limit the movement while wearing the patch.
