Step 1:
Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes. Gently dry with a towel before applying the foot mask. 

Step 2:
Cut the pair of socks along the seam and place one foot into each sock. Secure with the adhesive tabs. 

Step 3:
Leave on for 60-90 minutes. Then remove the masks and rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water. 

Step 4:
