For Hair Growth:
Massage a small amount of paste into the scalp. Leave on for 40–60 minutes or overnight, then rinse with shampoo.

Use 1–2 times a week for at least 2–3 months for best results.

To Strengthen Damaged Hair:
Warm a small amount of oil between your palms, then apply to mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 10-15 minutes to restore shine and moisture. Thoroughly shampoo and condition as usual. 

For Scalp Care:
Apply a small amount of the oil to dry scalp areas, leave on for 20 minutes, and rinse with water. 

Use 1–2 times a week to hydrate and soothe your scalp.

1. Before adding water, apply shampoo directly onto your oiled hair. 

2. Massage thoroughly to let the shampoo break down the oil.

3. Add a small amount of water to create a lather.
