The self-heating mask creates a gentle warm compress effect that moisturizes dry, tired eyes, leaving you refreshed and relaxed. Step 1:
Tear open the sachet along the perforation line and take out a mask. 

Step 2:
Stretch the ear straps and place them over your ears. Do not pull on them too much - the mask is soft and flexible like fabric. 

Step 3:
Place the white side of the mask gently over your eyes. Adjust to a comfortable position, then close your eyes. 

Step 4:
Sit back or lie down in a relaxed position. Enjoy the relaxed lavender steam for 15–30 minutes, then remove and discard the mask.

Recommendations:
Fold a towel and place it over the mask to make it hotter. 

If you have sensitive eyes, test the mask for 2–5 minutes before use.

We don't recommend sleeping with the mask on for an entire night, but if you accidentally fall asleep with it on, it won't be harmful.
